Description of Services

Crowdtecho is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to collectively invest in construction and urban development projects in Ecuador. We facilitate the connection between investors and real estate project developers.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Reside in Ecuador or have the necessary legal documentation to invest
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Not be legally prohibited from making investments

User Obligations

As a Crowdtecho user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system

Investments and Risks

Real estate crowdlending investments carry risks. Before investing, you should consider:

• Invested capital is not guaranteed
• Past returns do not guarantee future returns
• Projects may experience delays or modifications
• Investment liquidity may be limited
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Crowdtecho or its licensors and is protected by Ecuadorian and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Crowdtecho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you have invested through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or any applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quito, Ecuador.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
